CCJDC celebrates GIS Day! Join us at the MPC Satellite campus in Marina for the Central Coast GIS Day. Learn about Geographic Information Systems and how they are being used in our area. We will be hearing presentations from U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC), Monterey Peninsula College (MPC), SeaSpatial, Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary (MBNMS) and there will also be a live Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) demo (see video below). Come share stories, network and celebrate GIS! Food and beverages will be provided.
